SOLAR IMAGES - Sequence is date - latest images are on top.
These images have been taken with my Celestron C14 on the Gemini 41 mount using the Philips Webcam 740K, Canon 10D and Olympus 2020Z here from my home in Austria. As solar filter i used a Baader 14" selfmade foilfilter. Eyepiece projection was done with a 56mm Eyepiece in cooperation with the Olympus Digitalcamera. Webcam images were shot in focus or with Lumicon Focal Reducer at F7.

SOLAR IMAGES made with CORONADO SOLARMAX FILTER using a
VIXEN 60/700 GUIDESCOPE (Property of Peter MORTH, BAA)
All images have been made with my CANON 10D Digitalcamera. Camera was connected to the Vixen Scope with a Scopetronix Adapter using a Meade 26mm Eyepiece. The Coronado SolarMax 60mm Filter is property of the BAA (Burgenlaendische Amateur Astronomen)

TRANSIT of MERCURY May 2003
All images have been made with Olympus 2020Z Digitalcamera connected to C14 with Lumicon F7 Focalreducer, which reduces the image of the sun for a more complete view. Exposure time 1/800 Sec.

SOLAR IMAGES with ETX125EC During Year 2002
These images have been captured with my ETX125EC Maksutov reflector and my Canon G1 Digital Camera. As solar filter i used a 5" Glasfilter from Thousand oakes. Eyepiece projection was done with a 40mm and 26mm Eyepieces in cooperation with the Scopetronix adapters. These are all single images - no stacking!
